I occasionally do group Reiki Certifications, levels - for those that want to learn or deepen their energy healing practice.

Community Coherence Cirle
On the Last Monday of each month, we gather in the community to practice Brain-heart coherence and pray together! This is a really cool way to regulate, connect with others, yourself and The Divine (LOVE), and to learn about some of the science behind how coherence works in our body and mind.
