Each session begins with a brief check-in and intention setting, followed by a restorative experience that may include energy work, prayer, guided meditation, breath awareness, medicinal essential oils, and gentle intuitive guidance. The focus is on supporting your nervous system, energy field, and overall sense of coherence.

They are ideal when you need support in reconnecting to your own intuition, need grounding, or help integrating a recent experience, transition, or insight.

Hi there! I'm Madi.
My formal training with energy work is in the Usui method of Reiki, and I have been working in this field for 8 years. I became a Reiki Master in 2020. With additional training in Metaphysical Ministry and counseling, Thai Massage, NLP, and other integrative modalities gathered along the way, I combine these tools with intuitive guidance to support your whole system.
When working with energy, I am listening to your system and what it is communicating and working with the Loving divine energy to support it. In my work, I approach this practice with reverence and integrity. This work is faith-based and non-denominational. While I work in communion with God / Highest Source, all belief systems are honored, and sessions are guided by what feels most supportive for you.
