what to expect:
Each session is tailored to meet you where you are. We'll begin with a brief check-in to set intentions, then move into your chosen session type - either laying on the massage table for Reiki energy work or remain seated for portions of a combo session.Each Session will include meditation and prayer, essential oils and incense, and we will use various tools and modalities based on what's needed and what feels right for you in the moment.  
 

about my practice: I've been working with Reiki for 7 years and became a Reiki Master in 2020. With additional training in Metaphysics, Thai Massage, and a wide range of modalities I pick up along the journey, I combine these tools with intuitive guidance to support your body's natural energy flow.

In-person sessions:

• The Intuitive (timing varies): $250
  A combination session using energy work, spiritual coaching or counseling, intuitive messages, sound, smudging, breath techniques, bodywork, and other modalities as needed to bring awareness and relief.
   

• Standard Reiki (1 hour): $160 - Chakra balancing, energy replenishing, prayer, and intention setting.
   

• Group Reiki - Rates vary. Please inquire.
